Know The RulesBefore Calls Go Live.
This page answers common questions about partner approval, routing, call quality, billable criteria, markets, pricing, recordings, disputes, compliance, and campaign operations.
Control The Variables That Affect Call Quality.
Partner Eligibility
Who can apply?
Local service businesses, regional operators, approved call centers, and qualified call buyers may apply. Approval depends on campaign need, documentation, compliance, operations, and commercial fit.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Application submission does not guarantee approval, traffic, market access, or campaign launch.
What documents may be required?
Business details, ownership contacts, licenses, insurance, permits, service areas, destination numbers, downstream buyer information, tax information, and signed agreements may be requested.
Can I apply for more than one vertical?
Yes, but each service should reflect actual qualifications, staffing, equipment, licensing, and operational capacity.
Call Delivery
How are calls routed?
Calls may route directly, through IVR, by geography, by schedule, by cap, through buyer priority, to a queue, or to an approved overflow destination.
Can I set hours and caps?
Potentially. Supported campaigns may use operating schedules, daily caps, weekly caps, concurrent limits, branch limits, or temporary pauses.
Can I use multiple destination numbers?
Yes, where supported and approved. Destinations may vary by branch, market, service, language, schedule, or overflow rule.
What happens if my destination fails?
Routing may stop, use an approved backup, enter a queue, or follow another documented fallback. Partners should report number changes and outages promptly.
Calls, Credits, And Disputes
What makes a call billable?
The written campaign criteria control. Common factors include service intent, geography, connection, duration, schedule, duplicate status, and exclusions.
Is a call invalid if it does not book?
No. Booking and closing are not the same as call qualification. A valid call can be billable even when the provider does not win the job.
How are disputes submitted?
The agreement should define the deadline, reason codes, recordings, supporting evidence, review process, and final resolution.
Can pricing change?
Yes, but changes should be documented prospectively through a revised agreement, insertion order, campaign schedule, or amendment.
Responsibilities And Scaling
Who is responsible for the actual service?
The independent provider is responsible for estimates, pricing, contracts, licensing, insurance, work, warranties, consumer communication, and outcomes.
Are calls recorded?
They may be, depending on platform settings, consent requirements, campaign terms, privacy law, retention, and access permissions.
Can Pro Boost Local guarantee volume or revenue?
No. Call volume, appointments, jobs, revenue, and profit vary and are not guaranteed.
How do I expand?
Maintain quality, accurate capacity, good answer coverage, compliant service, and profitable unit economics before requesting more markets, hours, or caps.
Details That Should Be Clear Before Launch.
Can I pause a campaign?
Campaign pause rights and procedures should be defined in the agreement. Urgent capacity or technical issues should be reported promptly.
Are calls exclusive?
Only if exclusivity is expressly stated in writing. Routing may otherwise be direct, sequential, prioritized, shared, or otherwise structured.
Can I reject certain job types?
Campaigns can exclude services or conditions when documented and technically supported. The answering team should still handle callers professionally.
What if a consumer complains?
The provider should address the consumer issue promptly. Serious or repeated complaints may trigger quality review, routing changes, suspension, or termination.
Do I own the tracking number?
Tracking numbers, domains, brands, and campaign assets may be controlled by Pro Boost Local or the routing platform unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Can I advertise using Pro Boost Local brands?
Only with written permission and approved brand, trademark, claim, disclosure, and channel guidelines.
Clear Expectations Make Better Campaigns.
Review the program, submit complete information, and align the commercial, technical, operational, and compliance requirements before traffic begins.
